RETURNS
The reasons you can return any product are as
follows:
1) The product is received and is faulty.
2) The product is unused and in same saleable condition as
dispatched within 14 days of
placing the order you contact us to return.
Any unwanted items which are older than 28 days
CANNOT be returned and are out of warranty unless
faulty.
You MUST ensure that you keep your invoice/Invoice ID as proof
of your purchase from us. Without this information, your item may not be
processed or the processing will be severely delayed.
We will only accept returned products after prior
contact with our customer service team via email at:

PLEASE NOTE: If you have not
followed these steps and have not contacted our customer services team and
obtained a returns number then you will not be able to return
your item.
If you do wish to return your item
please contact us as soon as possible for a returns number. We do not
accept any returns without an official returns number so please contact us
first.
There could be in some cases a
15% re-stocking fee. You will be informed if this applies to your order.
If a return is cancelled within the allotted time then this will not be charged
and no re-stocking fee.
You will bare the cost for
return item(s) (unless faulty) and we would recommend they are sent insured and signed for on
delivery and securely packaged for transit.
There are no exceptions to these terms whatsoever.
There is an exemption to above
and this and that is for
goods made to a customer's specification
or where the item has to be painted for instance you are in the UK and do not
have a valid VCRA exemption. We will not accept returns under these
conditions unless the item is faulty.
The product is unopened or unused
within
14 days of
placing your order.
We supply a
money back guarantee on unused, and re-saleable items
(in same condition as received) with all manuals and accessories
from the date you purchased.
If you receive a item you are not
satisfied or changed your mind you can return it back to us at your expense.
Your right to

The goods must be returned in same
condition, new and unused condition to warrant a refund.
Your returned items must be complete and in 'as new' condition e.g. if you have
opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or
marking the product or packaging. The items must not have been used in any way
that would no longer make them the same condition as received. And should be returned with the original box and packaging, along with all
accessories you received with it complete in their sealed packaging where
applicable. All PFC caps must be returned (unused).
Your right to cancel
Your right to cancel an order for goods starts
the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your
goods.

Your right to a refund
You should get a refund within 14 days of either from
getting the goods back to us, or you providing
evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt
from the post office), whichever is the sooner.
A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result
of you handling the goods more than was necessary.
The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you
were assessing them in a shop.
Refunding the cost of delivery
We will refund the basic delivery cost of getting the
goods to you in the first place, so if you opted for enhanced service eg
guaranteed next day, we will only refund the basic
cost. You will bare the cost of returning the item(s) back to
us.
Exemptions
There are some circumstances where the Consumer Contracts Regulations won’t give
you a right to cancel.
These include, CDs, DVDs or software if you've broken the seal on the wrapping,
perishable items and tailor-made or personalised items
(please see above,
for
goods made to a customer's specification
or where the item has to be painted for instance).
Please note we do not
accept returns on situations as marked out below.
1. You don’t have a proof of purchase.
2. You have physically damaged the goods due to misuse (for example if you have
broke it by hitting ,dropping it ect or have over tightened something)
3. The product is incomplete or has parts missing
4. You have painted the product (please note it is a criminal offence to alter
the appearance or paint in a colour of an imitation firearm to make it into a
realistic firearm.)
5. You have taken the product apart and put together again. (unless done done by
a qualified person)
6. You have broke your gun due to any type of modification you have made.
7. You're product is broken as a result of normal wear and tear.
8. You are outside your warranty.
Incorrectly Sent Items
It is not impossible that our staff will send you
the wrong item by mistake. We apologise if this rare occurrence does happens. If
this is the case for you then please contact us to let us know what has happened
and return the item as soon as possible and we will pay all
costs incurred.
Refund Policy
We will refund in accordance with the returns policy shown above. We will not
issue refunds once the packaging has been opened (as detailed
above) unless they are faulty.
REFUNDS
You can return items for refund for the following reasons
ONLY:
Only items fitting these conditions can be
returned for a refund.
- The item is in new condition,
and is unopened/unused condition / returned in the
same condition as received.
Any refunds will be issued to the payment method which was
used to purchase the item. We will NOT issue refunds to any other card or PayPal
account other than that of the initially purchaser.
Delivery charges (returns)
Shipping and packaging charges for returning
merchandise will not be borne by us, unless prior authorisation has been
obtained. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty
or damaged or you have changed your mind within the allotted
time above.
Delayed Delivery
If items are lost or damaged on their way to you, we must await confirmation
from the courier or postal service used that the parcel was lost or damaged
before we can resend items. Placing a claim to have the value of the item
refunded can take between 15 and 30 days. We require written confirmation from
the customer before any claim can be processed. Please wait 15 working days
before contacting us, also checking with your local Royal Mail sorting office to
see whether they are holding the parcel for you. The best way of doing this is
to send us an email outlining your order number along with your name and the
delivery address. In some cases we will not be able to despatch a replacement
until this claim is complete.
Damaged Goods
It is the customers responsibility to carefully check that all merchandise
received is undamaged and in good working condition.
Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a
shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage.
Please do not accept the parcel or sign as damaged. please
email us immediately if this
happens.. Save all packaging material
and paperwork and do not throw anything away! On some occasions the couriers may
ask to see any damaged packaging
WHAT IF WE NEED TO RETURN THE PRODUCT BACK TO YOU?
If your returned product is found to be 1) NOT FAULTY,
(when reported as being so) or 2) if it is not
returned in the same saleable condition, then we will return the item to you at
YOUR OWN COST. This means you either arrange courier collection of the item or
we send the item back to you at your own cost through our own means.
If the item is not faulty, we will not issue a refund to you.
If you are returning a new unopened item for a refund and it arrives used
/ not in the same saleable condition dispatched. Then we will NOT issue a refund and the item will be
returned back to you at your OWN cost.
Any items which are not collected will become our property after 60 days and
will be disposed of accordingly.
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. As per the
consumer contracts regulations you are entitled to
cancel ordered goods
within 14 days of receipt if you change your mind.
and inform us within this time from receipt of goods. The returned goods must be unused and in the same condition as when dispatched by
MG-Props and returned within 14 days from
receipt.
If you wish to return goods under these circumstances you must
email us within the allotted time to say which item you wish to
return, and to provide your name and invoice number. When returning goods we
recommend that you obtain proof of postage. The return postage cost will not be
refunded where the goods are not found to be faulty or not
returned in the same saleable condition.
None European Union, E.U
deliveries/shipments : Will I have to pay customs fees on my order?
All deliveries within the E.U.
will not incur additional shipping cost or be levied tax, duty, processing fees.
Deliveries OUTSIDE the E.U
may be charged customs fees (taxes,
duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) upon delivery. Unfortunately,
MG-Props has no control over these fees. Please
contact your local customs office for more information.
You are responsible for your import and paying any fees associated with the
import. Please also allow extra time for none E.U. deliveries. i.e
custom clearance procedure.
The shipping charges you pay to MG-Props only cover
shipping cost, and do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or
duties. If payment of additional fees is refused at the time of delivery, the
shipment will be returned to us. At that point, we can refund your purchase
price, not including shipping costs
