Brief info on the AK47

The AK47 Assault Rife, the most recognisable gun in the world and probably most infamous gun there has been.
Designed by the Soviets in 1946 and over 50 armies in the world having used the AK-47.
The AK came in two versions: one with a fixed wooden stock, and another, the AKS, with a folding metal stock issued primarily to parachutist and mechanised armour troops. Except for the differences in the stock and the lack of a tool kit with the AKS, the two version were identical.
All 7.62-mm Kalashnikov assault rifles are very dependable weapons. They produce a high volume of fire and are simple to maintain. Full cyclic rate, can fire 600 rounds per minute.
