Made in the late 1970's / early 80's.  In very good condition for year

Some minor cosmetic scuff marks on handguards

Operates like the real thing,  semi auto fire, full auto and working safety.

On these early MGC rifles the internals were not like the real thing

Original factory Parkerized look finish

Early pre-PFC blowback model and is sold as dummy display model.

Vietnam three pronged style flash-hider

Reportedly the MGC M16E1's were used in the film :  Full Metal Jacket

Includes 2x inert .223 dummy bullets, for display and topping off the magazine.
