Ordering:

Please email your order list of item(s) and you will normally receive a reply within 24hrs (except national holidays) confirming item cost(s) and availability.  We will confirm payment details with you and P&P / Shipping options.

We endeavour to ship your item(s) as soon as possible, normally within 1 working day of receiving payment.

On day of shipping your order we will email to confirm your item(s) are on the way along with your tracking number and tracking link and any further information regarding your order.

We can take credit/debit card payments via PayPal.  We can only ship to the confirmed address on the PayPal payment. You do not need a PayPal account to make credit/debit card payment.  We can send you a PayPal money request for your order.

Shipping/Delivery:    We ship from the UK and ship to international customers all over the world safely and securely with full online tracking. We can even offer express same day delivery if required.

All our modelguns are 100% legal in the UK to use and own and strictly sold in accordance with the VCRA.    UK customer please read about UK laws : VCR Act

As shipping cost is dependant on shipping weight we will give you a shipping/delivery quote at the time of receiving your order and inform you of delivery times.  All shipping is sent with online tracking and with full parcel contents insurance option.  For UK customers who are not VCRA exempt we will first have to paint 51% of your realistic imitation replica to make it VCRA compliant. We will discuss this with you on enquiring/ordering and we do offer a painting service.

International Shipping:    We regularly ship internationally.  All shipments have tracking number and online tracking. Full parcel contents insurance is available.   Confirmation of shipping and tracking details will be sent same day as shipping your order.  As above we will give you a shipping quote and where possible with shipping options at the time of receiving your order. All shipping is sent with online tracking and full parcel contents insurance option. Since Brexit (01st.Jan 21) Shipping to countries in the E.U is the same as before but will now most likely incur import duty/taxes. Customers are responsible for any local taxies or duties levied locally for your import. For detailed explanation we ask you contact your countries Custom office.    We are very use to shipping to countries where customs form needs to be completed and have all the correct commodity codes for quick clearance through customs. Countries we regularly ship to but not limited to include:  Sweden, Norway, Demark, Germany, Austria, Finland, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, Poland, Russia, USA, Australia, Hong Kong.  For shipments to the USA model guns are fitted with a blaze orange barrel plug to comply with U.S. laws.
