On these early MGC rifles the internals were not like the real thing

Operates like the real thing,  semi auto fire, full auto and working safety.

Early pre-PFC blowback model and is sold as dummy display model.

Reportedly the MGC M16E1's were used in the film :  Full Metal Jacket

Includes 5x inert .223 dummy bullets, for display and two dummy bullets can be used to top the magazine.
